What music helps you focus?
I do online teaching and there is no room in my house is quiet. I found one piano helps me to concentrate, because it blocks the noise, but no words what I'm focused on listening to the lyrics, but I'd like to know more. Then, Instrumental music what you'd recommend? Please and thanks!
I'd recommend Bach, 2 and 3 Part Inventions, played for piano. These worked for me when I was studying. Not sure why – maybe it's the inspiring atmosphere of calm, which in turn helps the neurons fire more efficient. Keep the volume low, however. Good luck with your studies! Cheers, Hafwen.
